Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Valenco LLC ("Valenco", "we", "us") collects when you visit valenco.org or buy our products, what we do with it, and what choices you have. Plain English first. The required regulatory language is at the bottom.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

• Email when you join the waitlist or subscribe
• Name, shipping address, billing address, phone at checkout
• Payment information processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
• Communications when you email support, reply to a flow, or use a contact form

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser data (user agent, screen size, language, referring URL)
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Behavioral data on the site (pages viewed, time on page, form interactions)
• Cookies and tracking pixels from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Klaviyo (see Cookies section)

2. How we use it

• Send launch announcements and order updates
• Process and ship orders
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Improve the site and the products based on usage patterns
• Run advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Google with anonymized custom audiences
• Comply with FDA, FTC, and state regulations for supplement manufacturers

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share with the minimum number of service providers required to run the business:

• Klaviyo, email and SMS sending
• Stripe, payment processing (or successor processor at launch)
• Rocktomic, fulfillment, shipping
• Shipping carriers, USPS, UPS, FedEx for delivery
• Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, anonymous traffic measurement and ad targeting
• Law enforcement, if compelled by a valid subpoena or court order

4. Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and email integration. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features (like the waitlist form) may not work correctly without them. The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

5. Your rights

You can request to:

• Access the data we hold on you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements like financial records)
• Opt out of marketing emails (link at the bottom of every marketing email)
• Export your data in a machine-readable format

Email privacy@valenco.org for any of these. Response time: within 14 days for most requests, 30 days at the outside.

6. California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), and other state privacy laws

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah (and other states with consumer privacy laws) have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. We do share data with advertising partners for measurement and audience targeting, which some state laws classify as "sharing". To opt out, email privacy@valenco.org with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".

7. International transfers

Valenco operates from the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws differ from those of your home country.

8. Children

Valenco products are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, email privacy@valenco.org and we will delete it.

9. Retention

We hold your data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory). Email-only waitlist subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe or 36 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.

10. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. No system is fully secure. If we have a material breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. Substantial changes will also be announced via email to active subscribers.
