By using valenco.org or buying anything from Valenco, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Plain English first.
"Valenco" means Valenco LLC, a Florida limited liability company, plus its sites, products, and authorized representatives. "You" means anyone using valenco.org or any other site we operate.
You must be 18 or older to purchase. By placing an order you affirm you meet this age requirement. Some products are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement program.
We work hard to make product descriptions, doses, and ingredient claims accurate. Despite that, the site may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, update product information, and cancel orders placed on incorrect information at any time (with a full refund).
Supplement statements on the site, on labels, and in our communications have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay (taxes and shipping shown separately).
Inventory is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders if a SKU is unexpectedly out of stock. Pre-launch waitlist signups are not orders. The launch price is locked for the founding 100 cohort only.
By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the cadence you select (monthly, quarterly, or other). You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time inside your account. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle. Charges already processed are not refunded except as described in Section 8.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer by sending an order confirmation. Payment is processed through Stripe (or successor processor). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Suspected fraud, address mismatches, or other risk signals may delay or cancel an order; we will notify you if that happens.

For consumable supplements: we do not accept returns of opened product for safety and traceability reasons. We will refund or replace any product that arrives damaged, defective, or that fails a published COA spec, provided you contact support@valenco.org within 30 days of delivery.
For subscription orders: contact us within 7 days of the shipment to dispute a charge. Refunds for already-shipped product are at our discretion and typically not granted; pausing or cancelling future shipments is the better path.
The VALENCO name, wordmark, label designs, site copy, photography, and underlying code are owned by Valenco LLC or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission, except for normal personal use (saving the page for offline reading, sharing a public-facing link).
If you post a review, comment, photo, or other content on or in connection with Valenco, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and operational purposes. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share. Do not post anything defamatory, illegal, or that infringes on someone else's rights.

The site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". Valenco disclaims all warranties not explicitly granted, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law. Valenco does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Valenco's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the products is limited to the amount you paid Valenco in the 12 months before the claim. Valenco is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Valenco harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site or the products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing any formal action, contact legal@valenco.org with a description of the dispute. We will work with you in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally. If unresolved, either party may proceed under Section 15.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. No waiver of any term is a waiver of any other term.
We may update these terms. Substantial changes are announced via email to active customers and reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
